HPC requires various raw materials, chemicals, equipment, spares, and consumables on regular basis. Interested parties with sound techno-commercial knowledge may apply online .Original Demand Draft with one set of documents (mentioning automatic generated application id number) to be sent to Dy General Manager (Commercial) at Kolkata office at above address. Detailed documents of applicants having odd application id number to be sent to Dy General Manager(Commercial) , Nagaon Paper Mill, PO: Kagajnagar Dist Morigaon PIN 782413 .Similarly documents of applicants having even application id number to be sent to Dy General Manager ( Commercial) Cachar Paper Mill. Panchgram PIN 788802, Assam for scrutiny and subsequent enlistment as approved vendors. In case relevant documents as mentioned in the application form are not available with the hard copy, application form is liable to be rejected.

List of existing approved vendors is furnished .Existing vendors are requested to apply for updating their data so that continuity may be maintained for our future requirements. Those who have applied against invitation of application for pre-qualification / empanelment of vendor hoisted on 30th Nov`07 and 16th Apr` 08 from Nagaon and Cachar Paper Mills respectively are to apply online without any additional fees. Re registration fees for existing approved vendors shall be Rs 500/-( non refundable) . However new parties to submit a registration fee of Rs 2000/-( non refundable )by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd payable at Kolkata . Original Demand Draft to be send to Dy General Manager (Commercial) Kolkata Office at the above address. |

Applicants are requested to check the site for latest development. On being selected as an approved vendor applicants may take print out of enlistment certificate with registration number, enlisted items with validity. The registration shall be valid for three years .It shall be responsibility of the approved vendors to apply before 3 months of expiry of your registration. |

Empanelled vendors shall be contacted for limited Notice inviting bids only as per Corporate rules. HPC reserves the right to go for open Notice inviting bids as and when desires for procurement of materials .In such case HPC may send NIB copy to enlisted vendors. Registration as approved vendors does not confer any rights on vendors for order for items registered & HPC Ltd is not obliged to contact empanelled vendors for all of the requirements for the items for which vendors has been registered. However the registration may be liable for cancellation (a) if any of the submitted documents or statement found to be false later . (b) any other grounds, which in the opinion of HPC , retention of the approved vendor is undesirable in the interest of the Corporation. |

HPC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. HPC may not enlist any new vendors where sufficient vendors are already empanelled. Number of approved vendors may depend on the number of times HPC invites NIB |
